Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the order must be in unused condition, in its original packaging with tags and must not be a custom product. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@uptownwindows.com. Once your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception to make sure what you ordered. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
Exchanges
Please return unwanted items as per above and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and whether it was approved. You will then be refunded via your original payment method. Please note: It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
